Is there anything more comforting than a fork-tender, red wine-braised brisket in the colder months or a juicy, smoked brisket in the summer? We think not.
A whole brisket will include the first and second cut. The first cut is a leaner section of the brisket and the second cut is sliced with deckle, or the fat, and is therefore more flavorful.
