Beef Bones
Have you tried Butcher’s Penicillin? Bones are a nutritional powerhouse, loaded with vitamins and minerals to support a healthy diet.
Beef bones nutritional value can be extracted both when simmered with some aromatics to make broth or by eating the marrow. When simmered to create broth, the resulting liquid gold can be used for soup, sauces, gravies, and braises. Delicious bone marrow can be roasted and eaten directly as is. Bones will arrive frozen.
In our efforts to minimize food waste we offer bones from the same whole animals we source for our shops. Pasture-raised beef bones are rich in collagen and connective tissue, ideal for homemade bone broth, a thick, luscious reduction, or for the nutrient packed, flavorful marrow.
Cook on their own, or use to make broth, beef soup or enhance a stew.
